Clean and Shield is a concentrated windshield washing solvent and de-icer. In winter time use as a de-icer, it defrosts and prevents re-icing. This product is formulated with special de-icing compounds to prevent freezing of windshield washer units and wipers. In summertime use as a windshield cleaner, it cleans off road film, oil, bugs, dirt, improves visibility and will not streak. This product is a concentrated forumla.
